Fear, and it's manifestations in the form of guilt and worry, is one
of the greatest destroyers of joy in the present moment. Yet for all
it's destructive power, the steps to disarm it and rob it of it's
power are startling simple. Positive action is the antidote for fear.
Positive action is to mental and spiritual health, what a balanced
diet and exercise are to physical health.
